Foundation Estate Agents is proud to announce its outstanding double victory at The Negotiator Awards, taking home Gold in the Regional South East category and Gold for Estate Agency of the Year – Small. The awards, judged by a panel of respected experts and industry leaders, are widely regarded as the most rigorous and reputable in the UK property sector.
This year’s winners were revealed at a glittering gala dinner at the iconic five-star Grosvenor House on Park Lane. Hosted by comedian Marcus Brigstocke and attended by more than 800 property professionals from across the country, the event celebrated excellence across the industry, with finalists representing every corner of the UK.
The judging panel praised Foundation Estate Agents for being “forward-thinking yet personable”, highlighting the company’s single-office model, shared commissions, commitment to local charities, and proven ability to set and achieve ambitious targets in a competitive marketplace.
In awarding Gold for Estate Agency – Small, judges noted Foundation’s “comprehensive, data-supported submission covering the service portfolio and the company’s engagement with staff and the local community, underscoring the importance of service excellence, accreditation, and ongoing training,” adding that they “particularly liked the idea of internships.”
Established in 2007, Foundation Estate Agents is owned and run by husband-and-wife team Robert and Josie Fletcher, who bring over 25 years of combined experience in the property industry. Their team of seasoned professionals collectively holds 200 years of industry expertise.
