Your property will be advertised as ‘To Let’ on all the major UK property portals including Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket, as well as our own award-winning website and social media channels, such as Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. We will also match your property to our extensive database of tenants looking for similar properties. This ensures excellent coverage in the search for your new tenant.
Our lettings team will organise and show potential tenants around your property at a time that is convenient. Once we have found a suitable tenant and have negotiated their offer, we will undertake a comprehensive vetting process. This will include thorough ID and reference checks using an industry and market leading system, culminating in an easy to read report.
Once you are satisfied with the references and you agree to proceed with the tenancy, we’ll prepare for check-in day along with any other legal checks of the property. This will include tenancy agreement, security deposit, preparation of the inventory and other services where required, such as legally required safety reports, certification and pre-tenancy cleaning.
On the move in day, the tenant will collect keys from us, we will run through any queries they may have, provide any additional paperwork and supply them with the relevant management information which directly relates to the service you have chosen. Great news, your property is now let! Going forward we will ensure that as the tenancy approaches its expiration, we are in contact with all parties regarding the end of tenancy or renewal of tenancy.
