Chris Selby Green started in estate agency in 1988 as a trainee negotiator. He has enjoyed working in numerous towns and villages across Kent, from The Weald to Ashford and Canterbury then up to Rochester and Faversham, working his way quickly to branch manager. In 2006 he won an annual award for the most profitable branch (in the Kent, Sussex and Essex region) whilst working for what was then the largest national estate agency in the country, an achievement he is most proud of to this day. Since 2013 he has taken less managerial positions, in favour of concentrating on what are the most enjoyable parts of the job for him; predominantly, valuing, conducting viewings, meeting and speaking to customers. At home he enjoys spending time with his wife, children and three dogs, along with mountain biking and playing tennis at the local club. He says he would like to think he can still use his skateboard, but in reality the fear of broken bones ensures that it sadly gathers dust in the shed!
